두바이 상품거래소에서는 금선물 (Gold futures), 철근선물 (steel rebar futures), 구리선물 (Copper Futures), 서부 텍사스산 원유와 브렌트원유 선물 (WTI and Brent Oil futures) 등 상품선물과 달러, 캐나다 달러, 스위스 프랑, 유로, 영국 파운드, 일본 엔, 인도 루피 등 통화선물이 거래되고 있습니다.
2016년 10월 28일에 중국의 상하이 골드 (Shanghai Gold) 벤치마크를 사용하기로 함에 따라 스팟골드 (Spot Gold) 상품이 추가되었습니다 (자세한 내용 보기).

DGCX는 2005년 11월 첫 거래를 시작함으로써 중동 및 북아프리카 지역 (MENA) 최초의 파생상품 거래소가 되었으며, 소유자는 두바이 복합상품센터(DMCC)이다.

DGCX has almost 267 members and 84 clearing members from a range of financial centres such as Zurich, London, Chicago, Singapore, Mumbai and Hong Kong, as well as the UAE.
● DGCX는 2016년 10월 28일 상해에서 상하이 금거래소(SGE)와 업무협약을 체결함으로써, SGE의 인민폐 표시 금 벤치마크를 거래하는 최초의 해외 거래소가 되었다. 양자간의 협약체결로 SGE 금 벤치마크는 국제 금시장에 있어 실질적이고 세계적인 도구로 자리잡게 되었다.
On October 28, 2016, Shanghai Gold Exchange and Dubai Gold and Commodities Exchange signed an agreement on Friday in Shanghai which makes the DGCX the first foreign exchange to use the SGE's renminbi-denominated gold benchmark. The agreement between SGE and DGCE also marks a milestone for Shanghai Gold to become a truly inclusive and globally-used tool in the world gold market.
